I'm pooped!

For some reason I was almost afraid to squat today. Maybe because it was such a struggle last week. And my left knee was a little sore. But the squats didn't really bother my knee beyond its current state of slight soreness. I was actually nervous with each weight increase...the last two reps of each set were HARD.

Squats: 15x105,12x115,10x115,8x120
Walking lunges: 3 sets 15x50 each (tough as always, but less scary than the squats)
Jump squats: 3 sets of 15 (superset with the lunges)
I saw a girl doing these jump squats with a barbell across her shoulders--it didn't look comfortable or very safe. I don't know about that one. What would be the best way to add weight to a jump squat?
Step ups: 3 sets, 12x50,10x50,12x50

I felt great right after the work out...too bad I have to ruin that feeling by rushing into the locker room to get ready for work.
