Impatience Workout

Start: 7:05am
Finish: 7:56am

Warm Up: 10:00 with lots of shoulder stuff.

Turkish Get Ups: 16kg 5:30 three per side

Pistols: one set of two per side then one set of three per side

Goblet Squats: 3 sets of 5 with the 16kg bell

Roller and Stretch: 15:30

Thoughts: Overall, not too bad. Shoulder hurts when I extend it overhead or do some internal rotation when bending over. Overhead tricep stretches hurt, too. Other movements seem fine. Physio scheduled for Friday morning.
