Warm Up: About 12 minutes

TGU: 3/side 5:00 minutes with the 16kg

Swings: sets of 20 with 30-ish second rest - total 200

Roller & Stretch: 16:30

Thoughts: My shoulder is much better today. Still a bit of a twinge, so it's still tight, but way better. I'll work with the dislocates for a while and see how that goes. This will likely delay a return to the RoP for a while.
