Warm Up: 9:20 - KB and shoulders

Squats: 45x10/95x10/115x10/135x10 /65x10

Bench: 45x10/65x10/85x10/95x10/6 5x10

BO Rows: 25x10/45x10/65x10/75x10/7 5x10

Roller & Stretch: 9:00

Thoughts: Shoulder not too bad. Took it light on the BP and Rows in case.

Tried a pullup... one was alright, two hurt... pyshio tomorrow...
