Finish: 7:49am

Warm Up: 11:30 with a ton of shoulder stuff

Turkish Get Ups: 16kg, 5:30, 3/side

SLDLs: didn't happend.. aggravated the shoulder..

Squats: 45x10/95x10/115x10x2/65x1 0

Roller & Stretch: 9:00

Thoughts: This shoulder thing is really ticking me off. You don't realize just how much you use it till it's out of commission.. booo..

Physio tomorrow...
