In life there are curveballs, eventually you have to swing at a few.
well after much depression mood swings and other things in life, I have stopped the meds my doc put me on, trying to recover from this disater resulting from them on my diet.
Due to lack of energy from not eating and general depression I have only worked out once in last week and told myself it was ok since i havent had a week off in 5 months. Then the scale told me otherwise. So I am joining a gym (planet fitness) here in town and going to work out hoping this will create new motivation for me. Bringing my buddy along just to see if I get him involved to try and get a workout partner. anywho hits the garage last night here's how it went:
9 min HIIT (lvl 2,5,9) cardio on elliptical 2.1 miles (kept 14-15mpoh pace) then 4 min steady cardio lvl 3 cool down
incline bench 95x15, 115x12, 135x10, 155x8
close grip bench also inc: 95x12, 115x10, 135x8
overhead presses: 45x12, 95x10, 135x8, 155x6
then back 2 back sets: inc bench 135x10, inc cg bench 135x7, very wide grip inc bench 135x7, close grip inc bench 135x6, inc bench 135x8
