In the begining

So I have just realised that I am heavier than I ever was!  Got on the scales and saw that god awful number and cried....and cried....and cried.  I always knew that I was getting bigger.  I just did not realise how big.  I honestly didn't think I was that unhealthy. 

So on Monday i made the decision to stop whinging and do something about it.  I have started getting back into exercise and an cleaning up my diet. 

I feel like I need to do things my way to fit around work, family and everything in between so I thought I would use this site to develop a program for myself that I can do at home.  

I  am ready to go-  With 30kg as my goal to lose I am a woman on a mission.  Can't stop me now!!!!
.....Hope I am still feeling like this tomorrow

    Congratulations on a good decision. Learn to eat a healthy diet that you can stick to. Portion control and eliminating processed food and soda pop is a great place to start. Additionally, try to pick a variety of exercises that you enjoy. The kinder you are to yourself, the more likely you are to succeed in sticking to a healthier lifestyle. Welcome here.
