Introduction Day!
Well today is the day I start my mission to a better me!!
Tomorrow is my actual start day for my fitness plan, but today I am emptying my fridge of harmful foods and filling it with more beneficial foods. I love to stress eat, so hopefully this site will help me lose the 40 pounds I want to lose before my freshman year of college, which is approximately 85 days, YIKES!
I have lost weight in the past, 85 pounds to be exact, but that is slowly starting to come back and I want to permanently keep it away!
Here I go on the journey to a better me!!!
