Yay! Today is the day
I make difference in how
I feel about
myself. I'm tired of having to wear spanx anytime I leave my house or have someone over. I want to be able to wear whatever I want, whenever I want. I've decided to start eating a healthier diet ( I basically eat anything and everything currently ) and start an exercise routine. I've "tried" exercising before but it only lasts a day, maybe 2. This time feels completely different though. I really want to lose the weight, tone my body, and feel better about myself...for
me! The other times it was more for what other people think of me. Someone recently made me feel completely comfortable just being me and I think that may have been what I needed. It may not make much sense in writing, it's pretty hard to explain. Anyway, I'm going to completely cut out pasta and bread. I'm going to have a Slim Fast and or a serving of fruit for breakfast each morning and rotate grilled chicken, fish, and salads for lunch and dinner for the next 90 days, or maybe longer. Is it really that bad to cut out certain things like red meat, pasta, bread? Unlimited veges for snacks, no cheese or ranch dipping sauces though, just straight up vegetables! I found this work out routine that sounds pretty reasonable. Heres the website
