It's amazing....

...how crappy you can feel after some fast food...

Didn't eat very well today... very little in fact, which may be why some of my stats for my routine were a tad off...

Had some KFC, tasted very good... first time I've had some in months... but, it didn't seem to sit well and within an hour I was starving... so, supper consisted of chef salad with about a tablespoon of lite Italian dressing and grilled chicken... also, I had hardly any water today.... man... bad food day....

The routine:

Lying Tri Xtns: 17x35/14x40/16x50/8x55... upped the last set by three reps!
DB Kickbacks: 16x10/12x15/10x20/8x25... upped the last set by five pounds and two less than last time!
Seated DB Curls: 16x10/13x15/10x15/9x20... upped the last set by five pounds and did one less than last time!
Lying DB Curls: 12x15/7x15/8x15/7x15... not sure how I managed to squeeze in 8 between the 7's, but oh well... I find these a tad challenging... I left the weight at 15 through, but I notice last time I upped it to 20 for the 3rd and 4th sets, but only managed 8x20/2x20 last time...

Overall, aside from the diet, not a bad workout...it can only get better!
