It's Been A While...

Since i've posted on here with the relocation to Las Vegas and all, things are finally starting to settle down and fall into place. One of which me joining a local gym. It feels good to be able to work out again the way I like to. So I will start once again posting my workouts, I have a lot of catching up to do since I didn't have a lot of time the past couple months to dedicate to a training program.

Monday 1/7/08

Smith Machine Squats 20x40, 16x40, 15x60, 14x60
Machine Leg Curls 20x30, 16x30, 14x30, 12x40
Reverse Calf Raises 20x0, 20x0, 15x0, 15x0

20 MIN HIIT Stationary Bike Levels 2-6
15 Minutes Stationary Bike Level 3, 70-80 RPMS
