It's Been A While, But I'm Back!
Whew, so it's been a very long time since I have been in the gym and I am so nervous/excited to get back into it. I just joined Planet Fitness today and am planning on going later this afternoon. I set up my workout days and hope that I can follow them all week. My gym is 2 miles away so I'm going to bike to and from as part of my cardio, I hope that it's enough cardio to lose weight but if not I'l start doing some cardio at the gym! So I guess this is it and I'm going to wish myself luck !
