SS w/Standing ez bar curls: 12x35,10x45,8x45

Okay, now I'm not sure on the last 2 sets of ez bar curls. A trainer at the gym told us that the ez bar by itself weighs 25 lbs. vs. 45 lbs. for the straight bar. So I loaded ten lb. plates on each side and it was too heavy and I wouldn't have been able to do more than a couple of reps. I changed to 5 lb. plates and it was still much heavier than the 35 lb. preloaded bar I had just done my 12 reps with. Someone else had told me the bar was 35 lb. I'm going with that for now. Correct me if I'm wrong. I was mighty tempted to carry the bar across the gym to weigh it on the scale.

No cardio all week...just hating it and mad that running on the treadmill hurts my knees. Diet is good except the mashed potatoes and Cheez-Its I had last night. Weight is staying high so I can no longer blame time of the month. But my stomach still seems to be leaning up, so I don't know.
