I've Finally Started

So, after signing up on this website for several weeks now, and purchasing the resistance bands + yoga mat for over two weeks..I finally started my weight loss (exercise journey).

TODAY'S EXERCISE
Today I did a 40 min walk (with about 45 seconds of running). Followed by Day 1 of the workout plan.

Post workout, I feel great :-)... (these endorphins are amazing :d)... I would totally like to be at the point where if I'm ever in a down mood, I choose exercise over junk food....I declare it will happen one day SOON!

STARTING WEIGHT
As of 2 weeks ago, I found out that I lost 6 lbs from the healthy eating attempts and the few exercises I did :-) (and throw in the mix of me eating bad occasionally)..So that's 6 lbs down from 330 lbs on 8 Oct 2012. I know I have a loooong way to go to achieve my ideal weight of 160 lbs..and Lord I really really really want to shed all this excess weight. and get  back to this high school weight. My main two target goals are:
  • 260 lbs (which is the weight I was at early last year in 2012),
  • and to be below the 200 lbs barrier :-)

I'm happy just thinking about it!! But Lord, I know I can't do it without you! I need you Lord to help me fight the cravings, and to eat healthier! Lord, I want to be good on my diet for this week, and treat myself this Saturday :-)..So Lord..here WE go .
