Looking forward to mny woorkout today!

I had an omelette with pepper for breakfast along with oatmeal and fruit

lunch i had cabbage, rice and tuna

i had 2 snacks so far a quiche(which i am not proud of) and a drink of coffee.

Im doing good with my water intake and i trying to make sure i meet my weight loss goal for this week.
