Hi everyone,
For the past month all I have done is eat and eat and eat...........everything that was not good for me and now I am paying the price. I built up the courage to step on the scales and I couldnt believe what it read but I have gained 15kgs, I didnt realise you could gain that much weight in such a short amount of time. Theres no one to blame but myself and I have come to terms with the weight gain but I am not accepting it. I stumbled across this website about 15 minutes ago and said to myself, "It starts now!!!!" haha so here I am posting my 1st FLog and I hope I can draw motivation from everyone on this site as I know I am going to need it. I will be keeping my profile updated with my progress and IF I have any slip ups, I wont lie to you all, I WILL be honest if I have fallen off the wagon haha So my DAY ONE Journey starts tomorrow with a 5km run (well I should say walk haha) and have worked out my diet and exercise plans and plan to stick to it. Will let you all know how I do tomorrow :)
