June 6th, 2016 (Day 1)
Today I started Day 1 of the "Home Workout" fitness plan to gain muscle mass. I started by taking 100 shots outside then I proceeded to warm up on the stationary bike for 10 minutes. Then I got right into the two recommended stretches (holding for 30-45 seconds each). Then I began to start the workout and struggled with all three exercises for the first set (when there were more reps consistently). When I finished all four sets I repeated the same two stretches I did at the beginning and held them each for 45 seconds.
