Just abs and cardio...

30 minutes of various ab exercises and 35 minutes on the treadmill, the first 18 minutes as HIIT. Got in some good stretching, which I'm trying to do daily to keep my hamstrings and glutes from tightening up. It seems to be working.
I was good yesterday until the afternoon. It is 'health week' at work (a medical facility), and they are serving special treats to the employees in the cafeteria each day. Yesterday I ate two huge cups of pudding with whipped topping. Ugh! I thought I was going to puke and almost hoped I would to negate having eaten it in the first place. No such luck.
