Squats 135x10 185x8 225x5 245x5 275x5 305x5 315x4
Deadlifts 225x5 275x5 315x5 365x3 385x2 405x1-miss
leg press- 3 sets of 15 13 10 reps 2-3-4 plates
deep squats 185x10 225x10 245x10 275x6
Thoughts: New goals are to hit 335x5 on squats and triple 405. will think on this and decide best path to that. Close to the squat now I think.
