Just can't get enough...

So much for taking a week off...that was sort of the plan. Josie felt like she needed time off so we are taking this week off from a set routine, just doing our own thing, light or heavy, what ever we feel like. I'm waking up earlier than ever more motivated than ever. When I got to the gym, Josie was on the elliptical waiting to do legs.

Here's what we did:
Squats: 15x95,10x115,6x125,5x125
superset with leg press: 12x140,10x190,8x190
and sissy squats: 12x10,12x10,8x0

split squats: 3 sets, 10x15,12x15,12x0 -- love these and I know I'm going to feel them.

I've added in more cardio days and dropped calories slightly, so I will be coming back to do my cardio tonight. Damn, keep forgetting to charge my Ipod!
