Just cardio...

Made it to the gym after work for HIIT on the bike. Felt good...got in, got hot and sweaty for 32 minutes, and got out. My diet has been perfect since Friday...that's five days in a row of not even the smallest cheat. I'm trying to reduce total calories to average 1400 - 1500. I was doing 1600 before and that didn't seem to be working for me...don't know what else to do.
