*60mins. Super Challenge Power Walking w/ Leslie Sansone
*Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes

Later on...

*30-60mins. Brisk walking on Treadmill

    Enjoying the night time treadmill work out. It's helping me sleep better at night due to it calming my restless mind and body.

    Decided to do 3 Mile Advance Walking with stretchie band for arms and chest.
