just the beginning
84.2kgs... a sigh of uncertainty!
hoping to reach the 60kg mark seems like such an effort, I haven't been able to get below the 80 kg point over the past few months, though my commitment and consistency has been waivering and hence I'm mid point 80s...However with the new year it almost seems easier for a fresh start.
I am hoping to achieve my goals with healthy eating and lifestyle choices. Activities will include the ab circle pro, yoga, pilates, spinning, zumba, walking my dog, swimming and surfing.
this morning i started with 30 mins yoga and am about to jump on and spin for 30mins, I'm sure there will be a dog walk somewhere in the day too...
