Was a struggle but once there it was AWESOME

Chest and Tris

Incline 135x10 145x10 155x7
Flys incline 40x10 45x10 50x10
Dips 4 sets 5, 5, 5, 4
Kickbacks 25x10 30x10 35x8
Press downs 60x10 70x10

Highlights: Got in and got it done...

Lowlights: Man my strength is low.
