Yesterday, instead of streching for my sore muscles, I decided I was just going to workout at home since it was raining all day. I started by doing some sit ups, a plank and bicycles. The only thing I really had a problem with was keeping my feet on the ground for the situps so I put them under my bed to make sure I was doing it the correct way. I woke up this morning feeling sore and realized that I should have streched before bed last night because that counts as my workout.
