Warm Up: KB warm up - 6:00

Double Floor Press: 35lbsx5x5
Double Bent Over Row: 35lbsx5x5

Double Kettlebell Front Squat: 35lbsx5x5
Double Kettlebell Snatch: 35lbsx5x5
-----
TGU (L/R): 35x5x2 each side

Sling Shot: 60x2 with a 25lb bell.

Thoughts: I followed with 15 minutes of stretching. Good workout today, with the rests between movements A and B short.

Last time I had any time away from the weights was over Christmas. So... I think I'll finish this week and next, take some time and then come back with something else.
