Warm Up: KB warm up - 7:00

SS:
Double Floor Press: 35lbsx5x5
Double Bent Over Row: 35lbsx5x5

Double Kettlebell Front Squat: 35lbsx5x5
Double Kettlebell Snatch: 35lbsx5x5
-----
TGU (L/R): 35x5x2 each side

Sling Shot: 60 seconds each side with a 25lb bell.

Thoughts: I did 15:30 of stretching and foam roller after. Decent day today. Still not the most graceful of KB Snatches, but getting there.
