Warm Up: Six minute KG warm up

Swings: 20kgx20x3
C&P (L): 20kgx10x3
C&P (R): 20kgx10x3
Snatch: (L): 20kgx10x3
Snatch: (R): 20kgx10x3
Burpees: 5x3

TGU (L): 20kgx2x2
TGU (R): 20kgx2x2

Thoughts: I followed with eleven minutes of stretching and foam roller . I upped the volume and lowered the weight to 20kg from the 25kg one.

May stick with a higher volume for two out of three and then go with the higher weight once a week.
