Snatch (L): 55lbsx5x3

Burpees: 5x3

TGU (L): 20kgx3/20kgx2
TGU (R): 20kgx3/20kgx2

Thoughts: I followed with 14 minutes of stretching and foam roller. Today seemed easier than last week.... it migh have had something to do with all the carbs I had on the weekend. ha.
