KB Fat Loss One - A3

Cardio: Intervals on bike. 3:00 warm up then 30 seconds high, 90 seconds low. Cycled through six times. Burned 112 calories and went 5.4 miles.
Thoughts: I did 16 minutes of stretching and roller after. I'm a little wary of my left shoulder. It's not sore, but feels tired.
