Push Up: 15/15/15

Row (each arm): 35lbsx12/44lbx2x12
C&P (each arm): 35lbsx8/44lbsx2x8
----
Windmill (each arm): 35lbsx2x5/44lbsx5
V-Ups: 3x10

Thoughts: Had wider hand spacing on the pushups today. Dropped cardio.

I followed with 15 minutes of stretching and roller. Lotta sweat today. I still feel the motivation is a bit of a challenge right now.
