Warm Up: KB & IYTWL

TGU (each side): 35lbsx3x5
Chins: 6/6/5*

Rev Lunges (each side): 35lbx3x12
Snatch (each side): 35lbsx3x10**

Slingshot (each way): 20lbsx3x20
Pushup: 3x10

Interval: I tried to do the prescribed swings (60 sec) jumping jacks (2:00) for four rounds.. but I was exhausted. So, I went to the bike, did 60 seconds high and two minutes low for four rounds instead.

Thoughts: Gym scale had me at 189lbs today.

*Hung on for a second... then my brain said "you are done." I let go. Duh.

**Shoulder felt fine. It's a little sore from the physio yesterday, but no pain!

I did twelve minutes of stretching and foam roller afterward.
