Thoughts: I think I'm taking too much rest time... well, I know I am, especially between movement A and B. Not too bad between supersets.
I did 15:30 of stretching and roller today.
I seemed to lack some motivation today. Lack of sleep the last couple of nights has not helped nor has all the drama going on in life right now.
