Warm Up: 4:20

Snatch: 25x3/35x3/55x3 (five times)
Clean and Press: 25x3/35x3/55x3 (five times)

Rower: Concept II - 2000m 9:37:05 minutes

I had the resistance set at "6." I burned, apparently 112 calories. I paced myself better this time.

Thoughts: I did 10:00 minutes of stretching and roller.

I can almost up the weight on the C&P, but will wait till I drop the times a bit.
