KB Pyramid

This was an interesting morning....

Got to the gym, changed and ready to roll. Had my KBs all set up and ready to rock when *poof* the lights went out... completely black, except for the emergency lights.

So, for a few minutes we stumbled around, looking for a flashlight with cell phones to no avail. I decided it was better to get going instead of waiting for the power to come back on. I changed, got ready to head out the door when *poof* the lights came back on. I took it as a sign saying 'get back in there and knock something out.'

So I did:

Snatch: 25/35/55/35/25x5
C&P: 25/35/55/35/25x5
SLDL: 25/35/55/35/25x5 (two bells)
Windmills: 35x3x3

I stretched for about six minutes after as I had to get going. Still, decent sweat and was done in about half an hour.
