KBELL Program Minimum - Week Eight/Day Four

Start: 7:11am
Finish: 7:50am
Warm Up: 9:30 minutes squat/halo/pump
Practice: did not do
Get Ups: 11:00 alternating hands each rep using a 20kg bell.
Thoughts: Done. Last one for a bit and I'm not sure if I'll do the PM when I'm back or go right into the ROP. We'll see. I'm thinking more PM but add some weights.
I honestly think my body needs some rest now. I am sore in some areas and next weekend is Agatsu.
I had a crappy night's sleep, too. I woke up with serious chest pain. It was as though someone had a hold of all my organs in my chest and was twisting them into a tight little ball. I could feel it all the way through my chest to my back. This happened about ten years ago, too. Not sure what to do. I got up, burped (weird) and felt a bit better.
Anyway, rest time for a week to ten days and then back at something full time. I might do some cardio next week.
