KBELL - Program Minimum Week Eight/Day One

Start: 7:18am
Finish: 8:20am

Warm Up: about ten minutes Squats/Halos/Pumps
Practice: 15 min with a 16kg bell - cleans/press/snatch

Man Makers: 20kg bell - two arm swings/skip/walk for 15 minutes.

Thoughts: Very pleased with today.

I went in with the mindset of 'let's focus on a quality 30s swing instead of trying to force a bad 60s swing. This was much better. This allowed me to squeeze out an extra three minutes. And I had a solid eight hours of sleep last night, too.

I followed up with 14:30 of stretching and foam roller.
