KBELL Program Minimum - Week Eight/Day Two

Start: 7:11am
Finish: 8:13am

Warm Up: ten minutes squats/halos/pump
Practice: 15 minutes of Cleans/Presess/Snatches (35lbs)

Get Ups: 9:40 minutes of alternating hands each rep using a 20kg bell.

Chins (for fun): 5/5/3/3/3

Thoughts: My head just was not in this today. I had no real focus on the movement. My form didn't suffer or seem to be too bad, but I just wasn't 'there.'

I followed with 15 minutes of stretching and roller.
