KBELL Program Minimum - Week Five/Day Four

Start: 7:17am
Finish: 7:53am

Warm Up: 10 minutes squat/halo/pump
Practice: dropped it today

Get Ups: 10:00 alternating hands each rep using a 20kg bell.

Thoughts: I'm gonna stick with this weight/time for a bit yet. I want to make sure my form is spot on before moving on to anything else or up the weight. I'm working on the vertical portion of the TGU (the getting up part) and I want to make sure the lunge form is decent too.

Is it possible to say I enjoyed today? :)

I really think one needs to spend a lot of time on the PM in order to understand how these movements work. While they are simple, they need to be done well. I have a few weeks left, I think.

I followed with ten minutes of stretching.
