KBELL - Program Minimum Week Five/Day One

Start: 7:20am
Finish: 8:02am

Warm Up: 10:00 minutes Squats/Halos/Pumps
Practice: Did not do.

Man Makers: 35lb bell - one arm swings/skip/walk for 12 minutes.

Thoughts: Again, passed on the practice today. I needed to get outta there and deal with office stuff.

Not too bad today. Stuck with 30s/side for the swings for about half of them. Then to whatever I could do (20-25 seconds). Rests were a consistent 60s.

I did 13 minutes of stretching and roller.
