KBELL Program Minimum - Week Five/Day Two

Start: 7:17am
Finish: 7:54am

Warm Up: ten minutes squats/halos/pump
Practice: Did not do (actaully did a bunch of cleans, etc last night during class)

Get Ups: 8:45 minutes of alternating hands each rep using a 20kg bell.

Thoughts: Woot! Upped the time again! My goal in this is to get to ten minutes, then drop the time and up the weight. Obviously with good form.

Another goal is to clean and press the 32kg bell for a couple of reps on each side.

I followed with 13:00 of stretching and roller.
