KBELL Program Minimum - Week Four/Day Four

Start: 7:19am
Finish: 7:57am

Warm Up: 10 minutes squat/halo/pump
Practice: dropped it today

Get Ups: 8:00 alternating hands each rep using a 20kg bell.

Thoughts: Again, did not do the practice. A mountain of paperwork at the office to deal with today.

Glad I managed eight minutes on the TGU's today. Rests were minimal as I transfered the bell from one side to the other. I must try to keep a better flow between reps without laying there thinking about it for a few seconds.

I did 14 minutes of stretching and roller.
