KBELL - Program Minimum Week Four/Day One

Start: 9:42am
Finish: 10:40am
Warm Up: 10:00 minutes Squats/Halos/Pumps
Practice: 15:00 minutes Cleans/Presses/Snatches (35 pound bell)
Man Makers: 35lb bell - one arm swings/skip/walk for 12 minutes.
Thoughts: Today was tough. I might have eaten too early before going to the gym as I got a little shaky before the Man Makers. I made it through, however. I stuck with the 35 for the one arm swings as these let me focus more on form than trying to get the heavy bell going and swinging. I really tried to focus on form.
I did (tried) timed sets. I tried 30 seconds per arm with 30 seconds of skipping or walking. I got a little lenient towards the end.
I followed with 12 minutes of stretching and foam roller.
Boy, I must had needed some sleep, too. Bed at 11:30 or so last night and I slept through till 8:30 this morning.
