KBELL - Program Minimum Week Four/Day Three

Start: 7:17am
Finish: 8:03am

Warm Up: nine minutes Squats/Halos/Pumps
Practice: did not do this today

Man Makers: 35lb bell - one hand swings for 12 minutes with walking as active rest

Thoughts: I tried to keep the work to 30 seconds per arm and the rest to 60 seconds. The work stayed at 30 till about halfway through then varied from 15 to 25 seconds. The rest was a consistent 60, though.

I did not do the practice today as I was beat and did not get a good sleep last night.

I did 15 minutes of stretching and roller.

The last couple of days I was helping rewire my house. A bit challenging and interesting work.
