KBELL Program Minimum - Week Four/Day Two

Start: 7:18am
Finish: 8:10am

Warm Up: ten minutes squats/halos/pump
Practice: Fifteen minutes cleans/presses/snatches (35lbs)

Get Ups: Five minutes alternating hands each rep using a 20kg bell.

Thoughts: WOOT! I added just over a minute to the TGUs! I must keep watching my shoulder to make sure it stays in place.

I'm still finding the groove for cleans difficult. I will continue to work on those.

I did 15 minutes of stretching and foam roller.
