KBELL Program Minimum - Week One/Day Four

Start: 8:16am
Finish: 8:50am

Warm Up: ten minutes squats/halos/pump
Practice: Skipped it today

Get Ups: Five minutes alternating hands each rep using a 55lb bell.

Thoughts: I decided to go with the 55 pound bell over the 35 today. A bit more of a challenge..! ha! I could feel myself getting more winded with this one. A bit more unstable than with the 35 but not bad.

I did 16 minutes of stretching and foam roller afterward.
