KBELL Program Minimum - Week Six/Day Four

Start: 7:10am
Finish: 8:05am

Warm Up: 10 minutes squat/halo/pump
Practice: 15 minutes of cleans/presses/snatch (35lb bell)

Get Ups: 10:30 alternating hands each rep using a 20kg bell. I have no idea of how many reps (and really, does it matter with this movement?), but my shoulders were burning after! Wow.

Thoughts: I did eleven minutes of stretching. Today was good. I felt real good.
