KBELL - Program Minimum Week Six/Day One

Start: 7:18am
Finish: 8:00am

Warm Up: about ten minutes Squats/Halos/Pumps
Practice: Did not do.

Man Makers: 35lb bell - one arm swings/walk for 12 minutes.

Thoughts: I did not do the practice today. I'll do a bunch tonight with my class.

Overall, pretty good today. A lot of sweat again today.

I signed up for a KB Level One with Agatsu later this month. Should be "fun."
