KBELL - Program Minimum Week Six/Day Three

Start: 7:06am
Finish: 8:02am

Warm Up: ten minutes Squats/Halos/Pumps
Practice: did not do this today

Man Makers: twelve minutes with 35lb bell single arm swings. Active rest was skipping/walking

Thoughts: Today I was bagged... I did not get a great sleep last night and that may have played a part in it. I was trying to keep the swings to 30 seconds each side with 60 seconds of rest. About the six minute mark they started to hit 20-25 seconds before the form started to suck.

I hit a spin bike for about ten minutes after and got the HR up to 152 or so.

I did 13 minutes of stretching.
