KBELL Program Minimum - Week Six/Day Two

Start: 7:13am
Finish: 8:09am

Warm Up: ten minutes squats/halos/pump
Practice: 15 minutes of Cleans/Presess/Snatches (35lbs)

Get Ups: 11:00 minutes of alternating hands each rep using a 20kg bell.

Thoughts: I really need to focus on the form of the TGU. At points I felt as though I was just pushing the weight up, which is the goal, but not really focussing on the 'how' of it. Luckily I caught myself doing this and was able to adjust.

Ten minutes of stretching.
